The Board of Directors is elected every four years by the members and determines the strategy of SWISS Virtual. It is responsible for legally representing the association and manages its budget and contracts.
The CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for managing the daily business of the virtual airline. The Office of the CEO supports him in his tasks.
The Flight Operations Team oversees all activities related directly to flight simulation, issues guidance and provides feedback and support to flight simulator pilots.
IT Services maintains and develops the IT infrastructure of the association and provides technical assistance with regards to the setup and use of our applications and services.
The Commercial & Communications team is responsible for media relations, events, newsletters and social media publications to both internal and external recipients. It also handles financials and the sale of association merchandise.
