Management Role
Reports to the Chief Commercial Officer

You set up our communication strategy, both to internal members and external partners and potential candidates — ensuring we speak with one voice on all channels. This job is open to experienced and inexperienced applicants.

Description
As our Trainee Communications, you are working with the Management Board to ensure we properly leverage all communication tools at our disposal to maximize our impact. You help draft press releases, newsletters and print products while working with the CEO to ensure all divisions of the association deliver their source materials. The strategy you define helps us synchronise every communication to ensure all we do happens with one single voice. You live and breathe the feedback loop, analyzing the impact we have with our communication and seeking for ways to improve it.

What you bring to the team
— You are 18 years or older
— You live in the Greater Zurich Area and are willing to occasionally visit press briefings of local companies with members of the Management Board or the Board of Directors
— Your command of English is excellent. As a member of the management, you’re also fluent in at least German, French or Italian — any language is a plus)
— You are passionate about communication
— Experience in public relations, communications, marketing is a plus but not required (see “Inexperienced candidates” below)
